Compositions is built for leaders navigating consequential decisions — and that means the website itself has to be usable by everyone who needs it, regardless of ability or how they access the web. Accessibility isn't a checkbox here; it's the same discipline the firm applies everywhere else: does the thing we built actually hold up for the people using it?

What's built into this site

• Semantic HTML structure throughout, so screen readers and other assistive technology can navigate headings, sections, and landmarks correctly.
• Full keyboard operability — navigation, accordions, filters, and forms can all be reached and used without a mouse.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, rather than suppressing the browser's default focus styling.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; purely decorative imagery is marked so it doesn't clutter screen-reader output.
• Motion and animation respect your system's reduced-motion preference — if you've asked your device to minimize motion, this site honors that automatically.
• Color choices intended to maintain sufficient contrast between text and background throughout the site.

An honest note on where we are

We've built this site with these principles in mind from the start, but we have not yet completed a formal, independent accessibility audit against a specific standard (such as WCAG 2.1 AA). We'd rather tell you that plainly than claim a level of compliance we haven't verified. Closing that gap is an active priority, not a someday item.
