Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide directly: your name, organization, work email address, role, and anything you share through the Consult request form, the Say/Do Check, the 10 Signals Field Guide, the portfolio request form, or the Ideas notification form.
• Automatically collected information: standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, gathered through basic web analytics to understand how the site is used.

If you take the Say/Do Check, we receive your first name, work email, and your answers to the eleven statements. The results you see on screen are generated in your browser. They are a plain-language pattern, not a score or a diagnosis.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, to send the resources you asked for, to review requests for access to Dana Middleton's portfolio, and to follow up about a potential engagement. If you choose the optional follow-up notes after the Say/Do Check, we send three short emails and then stop. We use your Say/Do Check answers to understand how the check is being used and to improve it. We use aggregated analytics data to understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

This site is hosted and its forms are processed through third-party service providers (for example, our hosting provider and form-processing tool).
